Data Transmission

The file will only be uploaded after placing the order! Your binding order is triggered only after you've reviewed your data and have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Depending on the file size, it may take some time to upload your data. Your order has not yet been forwarded to us. If you are having trouble with the upload, you can still cancel the order at any time. Please note that the maximum file size for the upload is 30 MB . If your data exceeds 30 MB, we will send you an access to our FTP server after you have placed your order.

Please always indicate your order number!

The best formats for delivering your ready-to-print data are PDF, TIFF, JPEG or EPS file. We prefer reviewed PDF data, as this format is currently providing the ideal conditions for maximum security. If possible, use the Acrobat Distiller to generate your PDFs.

  • Proper size and trim
  • CMYK colour model (no RGB, HKS or PMS)
  • Fonts contained (for open files, or PDF)
  • Resolution of pixel data
  • Line strength of vector objects
  • Not enough distance between fonts / logos and outer edge
